This means that you will need the Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 to be installed on your computer for the application to run correctly. You can get this from here: Microsoft .Net Framework This is already installed in Microsoft Vista.
The application also contains a section which you can use to request new functionalities which if approved you will receive free per version bought (per email).
